Some who knew me as a kid might consider me "cured", but I'm just more adaptable now and, when in public, navigate them NT social waters better. When I'm in a safe surrounding, I can let my hair down and be comfortable with myself. NTs in general are not very welcoming and feel threatened by anyone that is "different". It's been the reason for many a genocide.
